Bimbadgen Estate B Growers Pinot Gris 2024

The Growers Range represents the best fruit sourced from various locations, mostly the Hunter Valley, but not for all of the wines. This pleasing Pinot Gris comes from the Murray Darling. A very pale lemon, there are hints of pears and green apples here, with florals, citrus and even a touch of ginger. There is a minerally support behind this and notes of wet slate. The wine has good focus and is made in a structurally lean style with a fine texture. There is decent length in evidence. This is quite a delicious drink which offers a good nod to its varietal roots. For enjoying over the next two to three years.
