Pikes Traditionale Riesling 2023

A racy and spritely Riesling with a zingy fresh mouth feel. Made from all free run juice and was left on fermentation lees for four months before bottling. This has given it a slightly textural and very pleasing mouthfeel. Has a light lemon sherbet aroma and a subtle musk-like character before a crunchy lively finish on a very long palate.
