Bimbadgen Estate Sparkling NV

A non-vintage sparkler made from Semillon, harvested from both the Upper and Lower Hunter Valleys. For the colour, imagine a watery, if slightly lemony, dawn. The nose offers notes of florals, dry herbs, icing sugar, a whiff of freshly baked bread and citrus. There is also a pleasant hint of fruit sweetness. A wine of medium length, which is very easy drinking. Now and any time over the next couple of years.
