Blue Gables Ashton Pinot Noir 2024

Share

The Ashton Pinot Noir is such an intoxicating wine and one that provides allurement in its aromas and further textural detail in spades on the palate. Hibiscus, wild raspberries and Morello cherries. A touch of rosehip and pomegranate seed too. Lively acidity flows generously, and it is the blanket of fine tannins that continues to stretch and elongate the flavours and presence of the wine. Oak spice is dusty with some cassia bark and tobacco leaf. This is drinking well and will  have around 4-5 years further, showing finer red fruits and delicate spice with age.
