Boasso Langhe Nebbiolo 2020

Somewhat shy at first glance, it slowly awakens with an attractive perfume of cranberry, cherry cola, crushed baking spice and fading rose petals. There are also some savoury graphite undertones. Fine-grained yet pronounced tannins and a slight austerity but plentiful, juicy cherry fruits to balance. A textbook expression of Nebbiolo flavours coupled with a varietally structured palate. I dare to say it’s a bargain!
