Bone Dry Pinot Noir 2024

Share

As the label says, the level of residual sweetness here is less than one gram per litre. In other words, very much bone dry. The colour is a russet/garnet. The nose is redolent of strawberries and raspberries, with hints of dry herbs, florals and freshly turned earth. The wine is of medium length and will provide attractive drinking now and for the next three to four years. A fresh and very pleasurable style.
