A blend of 88% Pinot Noir and 12% Chardonnay, this spends 9 months on lees with a disgorgement of June 2025. Dosage results in 6.5 grams per litre of residual sugars. Dusky hue. Tight bead and fine lacing. The Pinot Noir dominance shows on the nose and palate: All red apple, caramel, pink grapefruit, cherry Danish, shortbread, pink chalk and dried raspberries.
Broad mousse. Salty tones, with pink apple bite and raspberry hulls before cherry flesh and juice. Wears broad shoulders, has a firm finish, yet balanced and ready for drinking now.
