Bremerton Block One Shiraz 2022 

Elegant nose with poised blueberries, boysenberries, black fruit, pomegranate, milk chocolate, vanilla, rhubarb stick, crushed violets, and a hint of white pepper. The palate has the right combination of juiciness and vibrancy of the fruit, with a bitter edge of the tannins, which are slowly building and graphite-like (as Italian, I do love some good fruit tannins!) and lovely, not over-the-top, fruit sweetness with well- integrated spices. A pleasant Shiraz with almost enough drive through the back of the palate.
