Ross Hill Wines Pinnacle Series Shiraz 2019

Share

A beautifully approachable, supple, cool climate Shiraz here that is built to enjoy over the next five years. It is immediately complex with its pretty mid crimson colour followed by elegant aromas of blackberry, black olive and spice with gentle oak sitting behind. It’s then fleshy and bright on the palate – red and dark fruits upfront before diving into a world of savoury, earthy spices, with dark cherry coming back right on the tail. Grainy tannins also give an attractive backbone which will help it to drink well over the medium term.
