This very serious 2021 Chardonnay is seamless and beautifully layered with nutty grapefruit and melon with flashes of florals and fine grained French oak. Lovely tension thanks to bright, energetic flavours of grapefruit, which are incredibly powerful. Chalky textures and gentle grip then drive a lengthy, tangy finish. Still quite tight and needs time to build.
