Briar Ridge Block 7 Chardonnay 2025

Share

There is the powdery aroma of talc, matchstick and white flowers here that moves into the lemon skin and grapefruit citrus realms. A shard of green apple candy and running river water. A wine of energy but a calmness too, acidity curves and is laden with some milky creaminess. The whole package is considered and detailed. Harmonious and elegant. Drink with poached slices of chicken with a mustard gravy. Drink now or cellar for another 2-5 years.
