A basket of fruits to find here. Pineapple, backyard lemons, nectarine and dried pear. A wisp of musk and rockmelon with a torrent of bright acidity and some raw cashew creaminess mid palate. There is a coconut water fresh cut to the wine, making for a dry but very fruit forward style. Nicely textured with a sandy grip. So much on offer and a plethora of options for pairing, I’d go for chunky potato wedges and home made garlic aioli. Drink Now.
Shanteh cut her teeth at Sydney’s Award-Winning Quay restaurant where she worked for over a decade and was Head Sommelier from 2018 till 2022.
