Briar Ridge Stockhausen Signature Semillon 2024

Share

Filled with green apple, lime skin and crab apple blossom, the wine has plenty of sassy citrus freshness coupled with some nice lemon oil notes on the palate. Acidity feels naturally elevated without harsh edges and there is some picked thyme and cashew cream on the finish. This is well integrated for a young Semillon drinking well now and will continue on its long journey of a lifetime, changing and evolving as only Semillon can do for another 15 years or so. A perfect wine for those plump Angasi oysters.
