Brown Hill Signature Range Bill Bailey Shiraz Cabernet 2019

This was a rather closed vintage when first tasted, yet this wine has emerged from its shell. Lots crammed into this shiraz cabernet blend, yet it delivers with such poise and refinement. Slightly floral notes with a hint of mint julip and dark chocolate. The palate has a subtle oyster shell graphite thing working into the dense fruit. Integrated with a real energy that drives to a long finish.
