Devil’s Corner Tasmania Resolution Chardonnay 2022

Share

A blend of fruit from the Tamar Valley (84%) and East Coast Tasmania (16%) which brings plenty of zip and cool Tassie character to the glass. Barrel fermentation, a full malolactic fermentation and time in oak (26% new), means we are talking about a richer expression of Chardonnay. Nougat, toasted hazelnuts, nectarine, peach and melon aromas. The palate is all about a freshness of lemon with lemon sorbet brightness, white peach, Nashi pear and citrus zest bite. A burst of clean, fresh acidity accentuates the purity of fruit expression to be found here.
