The Lusatia park shows its fleshy orchard fruit in nectarines and blush peach cheeks, a gentle nod at pineapple too. Wattle and bee pollen cradled by some creamy new oak, cinnamon and vanilla pod. A burst of lemon juice acidity draws out the length of the wine, this is quite powerfully built and wrapped in a gauze of moreish peach and lemon tea. An underbelly of roast cashew chimes in just at the end. This is captivating stuff. Drink now or cellar for 4-6 years and serve alongside macadamia crusted cod.
