Byron & Harold Protocol Chardonnay 2023

A fine Margaret River Chardonnay with a flick of French oak adding nutmeg to the mix, ensuring complexity and a creamy, seamless texture. The wine is a pale lemon colour, with gentle citrus aromas, spices, ginger, white peach and lemongrass. There is both elegance and intensity. Such an alluring texture, matched with a bright line of saline acidity. Great length here and a six to eight year proposition. Love it.
