Cape Mentelle Heritage Chardonnay 2024

Share

Such a beautiful richness of Chardonnay, pure Margaret River! Honeysuckle, wildflowers, white peach, spiced pear, citrus and rockpool, sea spray aromas. Generous, almost voluptuous, to taste with impressive clarity and concentration of stone fruits, apple, citrus, nuts with liberal spice scattered across the palate. Nicely coherent oak-wise, harmonious. A sheer, clean, pristine acidity ties everything together firmly with some delightfully fresh crunchiness of acidity and tart grapefruit pith ‘bite’ that really cleans the palate towards the finish. Boasts real Margs presence in the glass.
