Passel Estate Lot 71 Reserve Syrah 2021

Share

From the slightly cooler-than-average 2021 vintage this Syrah has a lovely flow to it. Black olives, green herbs, and raspberries. It’s aromatically bright and structurally intriguing, some whole-cluster fermentation potentially helping that along. The palate brings mulberry, Rhubarb and plum skins, fine slippery tannins, good acidity and a gently bitter finish. A cool-climate style overall – savoury, fine and herbaceous above all else.
