Castle Rock Estate A & W Riesling 2024

Share

This is a selection of the best Riesling blocks in honour of Angelo and Wendy, the founders and visionaries. Light solids in the ferment and left on lees for 4 months post ferment. Lemon verbena, honeysuckle and soy candle. White apple flesh and winter melon. There is an innate power about this wine, wrapped in silk gauze. It’s chiselled to reveal a white light of pomelo that resonates throughout the entire drinking experience. Oyster mushroom and chalk on the finish. A bedazzling wine with focus and intention. This would be stunning with picked mud crab meat on croute.
