Castle Rock Great Southern Shiraz 2018

This is such a good example of the cooler climate shiraz from a great year in the Great Southern. It has slightly blue fruit characters with a mix of spices and black pepper contributing to its lift and energy. Velvety smooth with a fine tannin and silky oak integration, it all stacks up well as a wine for drinking over the next few years.
