Cat Out Of The Bag Shiraz 2019

Share

A characteristic medium-bodied, cool climate Shiraz with high spice on display and some delicious red and black fruits. Very tasty.

Vibrant purple in colour which goes hand in hand with the energy on display in the glass. Ripe blackberry, clove, dark chocolate and a smidge of vanillin oak.

Expansive to start, the more you get into this wine it’s surprisingly tighter than first impressions and focused with a cherry pip tannin astringency. Those tannins keep the tastebuds busy.
