Pretty much ticks all the boxes for this variety. Plenty of those gooseberry, citrusy characters, with a little passionfruit pulp and cucumber — and that’s just on the nose. On the palate, plenty more fruit releases, although the tart acidity and citrusy tang keep it tight and focused, holding its line through to a long finish. It shows good intensity and a lively, lingering palate.
