Chain of Ponds Pilot Block Shiraz 2020

A vibrant and lively fruit dominant Shiraz from the Adelaide Hills. Loads of plummy black cherry aromas with a little peppery addition. The palate is soft and warm with rich fruit flavours balanced with a little oak and a lift of black pepper. It’s soft and supple and ideal in the short term.
