This structured, stylish Pinot Noir is the result of barrel selection from the best vineyards. Opens with a mix of strawberry and raspberry on the nose, as you might expect. The palate has a lovely, supple, textured feel with a velvety finish. There’s good structure and a thread that runs deep and long, with firm, super-fine tannins and neatly integrated oak. It will certainly handle more time in the cellar but is drinking really well now. Decant it before serving, it’ll open up nicely.
