Sporting an “Adelaide” appellation, suggests there are McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills components herein, and certainly earlier harvesting for fruit lift followed by later, riper fruit picks for texture. There’s a shyness in this wine to begin, delicate orchard florals with subtle white stone fruit flavours and soft chalky palate textures. Carries itself quietly yet with a true sense of self and propriety.
