Chapman Grove Semillon Sauvignon Blanc Reserve 2016

Okay, so there is a belief that this blend doesn’t age too well. But here is a wine that has had about 8 months in oak of which 10% was new. So, it’s had a bit of influence to create a wine that can age and develop nicely. Creamy with a slightly savoury edge to the palate which adds complexity. Keen crisp acid still drives the long finish. Looking pretty good.
