New Season Riesling ready to go in line with the 2025 Vintage’s early harvest. Watervale sourced, brimming with all its regional character and freshly unleashed energy. Fantastic lemon and lime crush – juice and zest, makrut lime leaf as well – with a distinctive lavender like perfume. The lemons drive the palate at first, acidity lively up front, tapering to a more restrained zing in the finish, leaving more of a white pepper spice note to linger in the exit, that perfume reverberating as you lower the glass. Very approachable for such a freshie.
