Clover Hill Tasmanian Cuvee Rose NV

Share

While Clover Hill is probably better known for its wonderful Blanc de Blancs and the Vintage, the move into Rose styles has been a success.

The colour is so pale that a cursory glance might lead one to miss the palest hint of pink. This is a subtle, elegant wine with an aroma of floral notes and hints of strawberries coming through. Almost shy to begin, the flavours soon evolve and fan out – a hint of the famous Burgundian peacock’s tail. Good intensity. The wine then lingers and is utterly delicious.
