Fresh and lifted aromas of green florals, preserved lemon and lemon juice first up, followed by guava, passionfruit, and lemongrass. Lovely restraint and elegance aromatically, with everything fresh and in balance. Pops of preserved lemon and guava lead the palate, followed by lemon juice, green apple skin, and fresh lime juice. A good line of acidity to cleanse and extend through the palate. A refreshing and pure expression of this blend, with lovely elegance and restraint. Great value for money.
