Common Molly Barossa Valley Grenache 2022

Share

These are the first releases of a new side project from Auld Family Wines. They are unashamedly made for a good time, not a long time, and champion Grenache’s natural drinkability. This Barossa Valley version is the best of the two. It’s a fun wine bursting with fruit pastille, and black cherry aromas with the gentlest touch of earth and spice. A supple, juicy palate follows with raspberry flavours laced with tobacco, plus silky tannins that support a lingering finish. Break it open with a platter of charcuterie and don’t be afraid to give it a light chill.
