Cooper Burns Mason Shiraz 2016

There is generosity and energy in this wine that’s been made following largely traditional techniques including open fermentation and basket pressing. It’s created a soft, plush wine with an excellent mouth feel. Dark chocolate, vanilla essence and deep red and blue fruits emerge throughout. Just a faint hint of leather and toast in the finish.
