Eye-catching, glistening red-purple hues and a cherry-berry fruitiness equals one vibrant young Pinot Noir. Almost grapey-fresh, it’s like biting into a fresh red berry straight off the vine filled with cranberry, pomegranate, red cherry and plum fleshy fruitiness elevated by a gentle spiciness. Fine tannin-ed and so smooth across the tongue, The Mill Pinot Noir has an effortless ease about it. I wouldn’t mind it served chilled, too, especially with that lovely grapey freshness in place. It could make for ideal summer drinking.
