Cooper Burns Shiraz 2013

A wine that should be starting to show some development, but it hardly seems to have moved. Still loaded with rich dark plum, chocolate and subtle roasted coffee grounds. The palate has a firm though fine tannin thread and the oak is neatly integrated. It’s more medium-bodied with a plush succulent mouth feel.
