Rates high on the easy drinkability scale thanks to a bright, bubbly personality. Tis the season coming up and that freshness will carry it far with many, led by an attractive display of citrus aromas: lemon, grapefruit pith, apple and biscuit with a splash of honeysuckle and white flowers. Super fresh, dry and tingly with plenty of zing, care of racy acidity. The palate introduces some added nutty notes and a nicely rounded texture. Altogether, this makes for one handy sparkling.
