Credaro Kinship Margaret River Chardonnay 2025

Share

Beautifully captures the allure of Margaret River Chardonnay: the luscious fruit drive and oyster-like salinity that brings with it a beachy Margs’ vibe. And then there are the savoury nutty overtones. But first to the aromas, lively and deep, in yellow peach, nectarine, citrus, creme brûlée with a flurry of almond meal. It’s a richer style of Chardonnay that comes with a distinctive savouriness in preserved lemon, almond skin, nuts and grippy citrus peel and pith. There’s plenty of flavour here, nicely concentrated, and it just goes and goes. A grippy, pithy tartness mixes with a lemony saline character working the tastebuds, while the nutty lees add extra depth. Oak features as a seasoning only allowing the fruit free rein.
