Curly Flat Pinot Noir 2023

A highly fragrant and beautifully textured Pinot from the Macedon Ranges. Aromas of sour cherry and raspberry with a subtle ironstone background. The palate is medium-bodied but with admirable depth and juicy concentration held with fine firmish tannins and precisely managed oak, of which 20% was new. Has that slightly sour cherry character adding to that final fling on the finish.
