Mojo McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Share

McLaren Vale is best known as the promised land for Shiraz and Grenache, but its warm climate can also turn out some cracking Cabernet Sauvignon that is full of flavour. This example is deeply coloured and instantly appeals with its lush and generous cassis and mulberry fruits with a slight leafy edge and touch of spicy oak. It’s plush and rich, almost explosive, but also has some good acidity and tannins for structure. Real Cabernet that is great drinking over the next five years.
