Curtis Cavaliere Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Shows that McLaren Vale can produce some very tidy Cabernets. This is a case in point. Distinct varietal blackcurrant on the nose with a slightly leafy lift. The palate is medium weight and balanced with fine tannins and a little oak adding structure. There’s a slightly ironstone earthy thread here with vibrancy and energy strong features. A wine of poise and polish.
