Domaine de Canterelle Cotes de Provence Rosé 2020

Share

Here is a rosé built for fun. Pale onion skin pink in colour, there is an attractive mix of fruit largely in the savoury spectrum with charcuterie and spicy aromas over cranberry with a nice little touch of blossoms sneaking in. Bone dry and light weight, it then proceeds into pithy, melon fruit flavours with a nice initial bite thanks to tangy acidity before gaining weight in the mouth with a lingering and spicy finish. Enjoy with seafood koftas.
