It’s a constant flow of mint chocolate, blackcurrant, blackberry, smoked capsicum, cassis leaf, macerated violets, cedar, vanilla, cigar box, cinnamon stick, and a touch of charred wood. The flavours are sappy and intense, combining savoury, smoky, and concentrated fruit. Chunky tannins and decent length follow, with a substantial hit of alcohol warmth on the finish.
