Curtis Limited Series McLaren Vale Grenache 2020

Another very fine Grenache from the McLaren Vale district, one of the world’s great regions for this grape. Maroon purple in colour, the aromas weave through dark berries, spices, warm earth, dry herbs and fresh raspberries. Firmly structured with good concentration, this is bigger and firmer than those which have preceded it, a reflection of the vintage. Firm tannins, decent length, this will be even better in two to three years then drink beautifully over the next decade, during which time expect the score to rise.
