Cimicky Zero

Share

The Cimicky name has a proud history in the Barossa Valley stretching back to 1842, particularly with shiraz, which makes their jump into the alcohol free space even more interesting. It’s a very impressive version of the style that carries with it a strong vinous character. Light ruby in colour, there is a fascinating mix of fruits from the expected, in the form of fruits of the forrest, through to the expected more tropical elements. A subtle earthiness also chimes in too, adding a nice savoury edge. In the mouth it is fruity but also has a good balance of sweetness with acidity, with supple tannins and genuine length. A very good value jump into the world of non-alcoholic wine.
