Dandelion Vineyards Enchanted Garden of the Eden Valley Riesling 2023

Bright and luminous, the nose has a honey and citrus influence with traces of white flower and bath salts. The palate is tightly controlled with a degree of tension extending to the long finish where other characters of dried herbs and green apple emerge. It’s dry as chips but with plenty of deeply penetrating flavour.
