Days & Daze Sunchaser Rosé 2021

An intriguing mix of Grenache and Nero d’Avola, not a blend one sees often, but which works wonderfully for this Rosé. One for vegans (and everyone else). Pale pink/orange hue here, there are attractive, lifted aromas – spices, herbs and ripe strawberries. This might be a little simple but I suspect that no one is looking to it for intellectual complexity. Has reasonable length and a pleasing supple texture. Delicious drinking, though make sure it is chilled, and that is surely the aim here. Drink now and enjoy the freshness.
