Delamere Block 3 Chardonnay 2023

Little by little, slowly, resolutely, Block 3 reveals itself. It’s a wine still very much in its early days of life. Tight, taut, it offers a restrained but growing complexity.  Combines citrus, quince fruits with savoury notes of almond, grilled nuts, buttery, toasted oak. Fleshy in texture in peach custard, it remains linear in shape with fresh, elemental fruit. If you have the patience, it will be rewarded.
