Delamere Chardonnay 2024

Fermentation and maturation in Burgundy-coopered oak helps produce a stylish young Tassie Chardonnay. Makes a feast of the melding of oak and ripe fruit with both running together across the palate in tandem. Citrus, peach, stone fruits come together with smoky, cashew nut, biscuit and a leesy, creamy warmth. A finer expression, quite delicate, persistent, juicy in acidity and with the kind of overall elegance that we expect from the producer.
