When it’s good, Coonawarra Cabernet is hard to beat. Typically, stylish and elegant wine displaying that perfect fruit, oak and tannin integration to create a seamless elegance that extends with ease to a very long finish. The darker blackcurrant characters are lifted with brighter red fruit and cherry. Spicy oak and some nice richer chocolate notes add further to the complexity and interest.
