Domaine Naturaliste Morus Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Share

Wilyabrup Cabernet Sauvignon matured in 57% new French oak for 16 months. A marriage of traditional blackberries and Kirsch with some two-tone mulberries and bayberry fruit. Tannins and a woven cashmere sweater, seductive in their glide and slide across the palate. A middle pocket of rooibos tea and dried cherries then gives way to leather polish, cedar and grated nutmeg spice. A slinky wine if you ever tasted one, in peak condition and will still have ample reward in another 8-10 years. Partner with a bone marrow luge and you’ll be in food and wine heaven.
