A classic Sancerre with a beautiful mix of exotic guava and herbal aromas underlined by a strong minerality followed by a streamlined palate with energetic acidity and chalky flavours. Tense acidity is a feature that provides impact but also drives a long, refined finish. Excellent now but a couple of years in the cellar would be ideal.
